Who you are
- You have proven experience developing and optimizing Webflow sites in a B2B or high-growth environment
- You’re fluent in Webflow, with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- You understand Core Web Vitals, accessibility standards, and technical SEO
- You’re confident reviewing code, managing releases, and communicating technical feedback
- You’re highly organized, collaborative, and thrive in a remote-first, async environment

What the job involves
- As the Fonoa Web Developer, you’ll own the development and optimization of Fonoa’s marketing website — our primary channel for driving qualified leads and demand
- You’ll build and maintain a high-performing, conversion-optimized Webflow site that’s fast, accessible, and on brand
- Working closely with marketing, design, and content teams, you’ll bring ideas to life through web experiences that help us reach and convert enterprise audiences
- You’ll also serve as the internal technical lead for web quality, collaborating with our external web agency to ensure all work meets Fonoa’s standards for performance, SEO, and design consistency
- Build, optimize, and maintain Fonoa’s Webflow site with a focus on speed, accessibility, and performance
- Develop structured CMS architectures, reusable components, and scalable templates
- Partner with marketing and design teams to deliver accurate, high-performing pages
- Oversee QA for agency deliverables to maintain technical and visual consistency
- Implement and manage analytics tracking via Google Tag Manager and HubSpot
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
