Who you are

If you love building campaigns that grab attention and deliver results, this is your chance!
4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a brand, martech or agency environment, backed by a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
A proven track record of planning and executing integrated campaigns from start to finish
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and website management platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems
A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid social, ambassador and influencer marketing, content and communications, with a focus on lead generation
A highly organised work ethic, where you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple projects, knowing how and when to prioritise
A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
An outstanding communication style, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager (f/m/d) who’s ready to make an impact at Adverity
You’ll work closely with our Director of Integrated Marketing on exciting projects that drive demand, engagement, brand awareness, and pipeline growth
Support our Director of Integrated Marketing to plan and run multi-channel campaigns
Own projects across social media, community programs, influencer marketing, events, ABM, and partnerships
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at high quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and brand messaging
Support event marketing initiatives, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities
Assist our Leadership team with their social media presence and personal branding
Track and report campaign success, share insights, and push for smarter optimisations

Whilst many startups have deployed data integration tools over the last decade, Adverity has recognised that a more holistic approach to data quality is required, and have designed with integration in mind from the start. The company is well-funded, and has most recently focussed on developing and launching AI capabilities such as a Data Transformation Assistant and natural language data analytics.
