Who you are
- 4+ years in field marketing or event management, ideally enterprise B2B or SaaS
- Deep event planning and management expertise — owned and sponsored events, vendor and logistics management, on-site execution for sales and executives
- Strong cross-functional operator — comfortable orchestrating across ABM, community, advocacy, and customer marketing with high autonomy
- Data-driven: you track lead flow, pipeline impact, and ROI, and manage to KPIs
- Marketing-tech proficiency — Salesforce (lead capture, list imports, campaign tracking) plus a marketing automation tool
- Genuinely open to AI tools and emerging technology to work faster and smarter
- Based in — or willing to be based in — a Tier-1 city for your region, with regional travel as needed
What the job involves
- The GTM Nurture team runs a regionalized field marketing and nurture motion across EMEA, APJ, and the US. The US is split into two territories — East and West — because the market is too large to cover with the speed and thoughtfulness we demand from one person
- Each Regional Field Marketing Manager is the local demand-side orchestrator. You compose programs across experiences (executive briefings, hosted dinners, direct mail and gifting), community (customer advisory board touches, advisors, local meetups), and customer marketing (newsletters and content deployed in-region) — and run them month by month so no lead is left behind and every touch is personal at scale
- East / West split. One manager owns East-region accounts and cities. The other owns West-region accounts and cities. The two coordinate on national coverage and shared executive briefings
- Own the regional plan. Build and run a month-by-month plan across events, direct sends, and customer marketing for your half of the US
- Run the events motion. Deliver quarterly executive briefings (customer + prospect) and roughly three hosted dinners a month, balanced across your region's Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities
- Drive the direct-send cadence. Execute the executive direct-mail program at a sustainable ~7 accounts/week, plus a targeted gifting campaign, clearing the account backlog on pace
- Deploy customer marketing locally. Land the monthly newsletter and bi-monthly executive newsletter into your region's accounts
- Make every touch compound. Hand off every engagement into digital retargeting and sales follow-up so momentum builds — a touch is never the finish line
- Do the homework. Deep account and people research so every touch is personalized and best-customer-grade
- Your first 90 days
- Stand up and execute the direct-mail and events motion for your half of the US. You'll clear your share of the executive direct-mail backlog at a sustainable pace of ~7 accounts a week, land the season's first executive briefings, and stand up roughly three hosted dinners a month with the right city coverage for your region. The deliverable is a fully-loaded, month-by-month regional plan that hits coverage and touchpoint targets — and follows through into digital and sales, so nothing dies at the touch

- Closest partners: Your East/West counterpart and the peer regional field marketing managers in EMEA and APJ, who share the same program frameworks
- Cross-functional: Customer marketing (content, references, newsletters), sales and SDR teams (the follow-through on every touch), and digital marketing (the retargeting channel each engagement feeds)

DevRev helps developers build better products for customers through a platform that connects them to the revenue their applications generate. Their headless, dev-centric CRM hopes to help developers clock technical issues faster by showing more directly how customers use their products.
When the company emerged from stealth mode in 2021, they were already well backed by considerable funding and a highly experienced leadership team. Collating and usefully displaying customer feedback for developers, especially using AI and machine learning, is a tough nut to crack. So DevRev has been savvy in front-loading talent and investment.
The founders’ previous venture Nutanix saw huge success, reaching Unicorn status before going public in 2016. DevRev and its team reached the same in 2024 off the back of Series A funding. This ambitious startup has already delivered the first iteration of what it hopes will become the largest global developer relations product.
