What the job involves
- This role is different because the People Assistant at WelbeHealth:
- Has a unique pathway into Human Resources giving team members hands-on exposure to areas such as Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, and Learning & Development
- Has access to structured mentorship, dedicated program support, and People leaders, creating a clear pathway for career growth and long-term development within a mission-driven healthcare organization
- On the day-to-day, you will:
- Carry out system-based processes including communications with incoming team members, HRIS records, and compliance documentation
- Maintain records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
- Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes relating to pre-boarding processes, payroll, policies, and compliance
- Participate in team documentation, process improvements, and other initiatives
