Product Delivery Lead, Healthera

• 4–7 years in product delivery, technical PM, or engineering programme management
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders / founders in a fast-moving environment
• Technically literate — comfortable reading code, writing detailed specs, understanding API and data dependencies
• Strong command of delivery tooling: Linear, Jira, or equivalent
• Exceptional written communicator — your tickets and PRDs are clear enough that developers get what they need to do
• Calm under ambiguity — you create structure, you don't wait for it

Desirable

• Delivery operations: Run sprint planning, refinements, and standups — keeping developers focused and unblocked - Maintain the project board: clear tickets, accurate statuses, realistic timelines - Track progress across concurrent projects and surface blockers before they become problems - Own the release process end-to-end: QA coordination, staging, comms, sign-off
• Specs and requirements: Translate product decisions into well-structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Work with design to ensure specs are buildable before they reach developers - Maintain a clean, prioritised backlog the team can pull from without needing to ask questions
• Cross-functional coordination: Run showcases and demo sessions for CS, Sales, and Marketing at the end of each cycle - Own the GTM process for feature releases — brief the right people at the right time - Be the single point of contact for internal teams raising product requests and feedback
• Delivery intelligence: Track velocity and flag slippage before it compounds - Identify recurring delivery bottlenecks and propose structural fixes - Maintain roadmap visibility so the business can make prioritisation calls with confidence
