Account Manager, CENTURY Tech

• 2-3 years of relevant Customer Success or Account Management experience

Desirable

• Helping schools bring the power of AI to their teachers and students
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters for specified schools
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with schools
• Ensure smooth and timely onboarding process for schools
• Use our dashboards and other tools to monitor usage at schools and support schools’ data requests
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
• Manage feedback from schools and circulate internally as required
• Maximise revenue from clients by encouraging referrals, securing renewals and, where possible, upselling additional seats and subjects
• Occasional international travel to our schools
