What the job involves

- You’ll take ownership of QA activities across multiple agile squads, with a strong focus on test automation, coordination of testing efforts, and stakeholder communication. You will manage the QA JIRA boards, help align testing with release cycles, and ensure quality is embedded in the development process
- This is a hands-on technical role with significant automation work and light coordination duties - perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional team and enjoys being the quality champion on the ground
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (E2E, API, UI) to ensure confidence in releases
- Coordinate testing activities across squads, helping plan test coverage and manage QA tasks on JIRA
- Update key stakeholders on test progress, blockers, and quality status during release planning
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define testable acceptance criteria
- Contribute to CI/CD test pipelines and integrate test automation into delivery workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- Drive quality initiatives like shift-left testing, exploratory testing, and test coverage reviews
- Help maintain clear visibility of QA status via dashboards or observability tooling (e.g., DataDog)
