Role
Who you are
- Evidence of a bias towards execution, and a proven track record of delivering to results
- Strong data analysis skills and comfortable working with large volumes of data to spot patterns and trends, and to prioritise accordingly
- Hands on experience with various digital marketing channels such as PPC,SEM, social media and display advertising
- Data driven mindset to leverage data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present reports and strategies to senior leadership in a clear concise manner
- Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and proficiency in SQL
- Driven, ambitious and have a strong sense of will-to-win - looking to grow fast and learn quickly within a rapidly scaling organisation
What the job involves
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Define, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (PPC, SEM, display ads, social media)
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Perform A/B testing and implement performance optimization strategies
- Use data driven methodologies to analyze campaign data for actionable insights
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, trends, and improvement recommendations
- Working with legal and marketing to get creative and promotional assets done / approved
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
