Technical Customer Success Engineer, OpenAsset

• We're looking for someone who naturally reaches for AI tools to move faster and smarter: drafting and debugging scripts, working through unfamiliar APIs, writing documentation, or troubleshooting edge cases. This isn't about AI expertise for its own sake, it's about utilizing AI to produce a best-in-class client experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role where you bring a client-first mindset into all work you deliver
• Experience with scripting (Python or JavaScript)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and making API requests
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues across systems
• Comfortable owning technical problems end-to-end, from discovery through delivery
• Balances technical depth with clear, non-jargon communication for non-technical stakeholders
• Operates with a strong sense of ownership and urgency during client-facing engagements
• Approaches problems with a solutions-oriented, detail-driven mindset
• Adaptability: thrives in a quickly evolving, dynamic, and agile environment
• Don't meet every qualification listed? We still encourage you to apply. We recognize that great candidates bring a variety of experiences and perspectives, and you may be a strong fit for this role even if your background doesn't align perfectly with every requirement
