Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in office management, hospitality, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with internal communication tools (e.g., Slack, confluence, intranets)
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address needs
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to provide support to our London office
- The Workplace Experience Coordinator is the heart of our office operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for employees and visitors alike
- This role combines office management, hospitality, and employee engagement to create a positive and productive work environment
- You will play a vital part in managing day-to-day office operations, supporting engagement activities, and providing internal communication assistance to keep our team connected and informed
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
- Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, functional, and reflective of EFG’s brand and culture
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and services, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
- Manage lunch ordering and delivery for employees, ensuring high-quality and timely service
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Manage purchase orders (POs) and expense tracking for office-related needs, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines
- Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective solutions
- Provide data to the Sustainability Director on the office's environmental impact for reporting purposes and support broader sustainability engagement initiatives
- Plan and execute office events and engagement activities, fostering a sense of community and connection among employees
- Support end-of-year celebrations, team-building activities, and other internal events that enhance workplace culture
- Recognition - Game Changer
- Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and updates
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging
- As Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and contributing to a positive and productive culture

Our take
Young people are increasingly turning away from traditional media, and gaming has in recent years become a professional spectator sport that draws huge online crowds. FACEIT is a competitive gaming platform that allows developers to run their own online tournaments, providing ranking charts, skill-based matchmaking and anti-cheat software to ensure that these events are as fair as any traditional sporting competition.
The esports market is projected to be worth about £4.5 billion globally by 2030, and FACEIT has attracted large scale investments as it continues to innovate in this market. Not all of its moves have panned out - for instance its foray into crypto gaming in 2022 could have come at a better time, but its pivot to non-intrusive in-game advertising has been well received by developers and is a testament to the adaptability of the company.
FACEIT is continuing to release and support new gaming products, for instance a car racing tournament released in colloboration with RENNSPORT, where established esports teams and car manufacturers will compete for a prize pool of €500,000. An Overwatch tournament launched in 2024 with a cash prize pool of $170,000. As the esports market shows no sign of slowing down, FACEIT will remain in a strong position to grow alongside it.
