Who you are

What the job involves
- The Growth Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Associate to help plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and client engagement
- This entry-level professional role involves analytical thinking, project ownership, and coordination across teams. Over time, the Marketing Associate will manage campaigns and event initiatives with increasing independence and strategic responsibility
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, webinars, events, and digital channels
- Manage marketing automation workflows and campaign execution within Pardot
- Analyze campaign performance and develop insights to improve engagement and pipeline impact
- Partner with events, editorial, and commercial teams to support strategic marketing initiatives
- Coordinate logistics and communications for in‑person and virtual events
- Maintain and optimize marketing data in Salesforce and related systems
- Manage campaign timelines and project plans across stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and program effectiveness
- Assume ownership of defined marketing campaigns or event initiatives
