Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or even branding
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic Content & Creation Specialist to lead the development, execution, and management of content strategies across all platforms, with a strong focus on Social Media
- You will oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives, ensure consistency in messaging, and optimise content for various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media
- This role combines creative leadership with strategic thinking and requires strong project management skills to drive brand growth and engagement
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals, ensuring consistent messaging across digital platforms, especially social media
- Creative Direction: Lead content ideation, working closely with strategists, designers, writers, and videographers to produce high-quality, engaging content
- Social Media Management: Oversee the management of social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a unified brand voice across platforms
- Campaign Management: Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment together with the Digital Marketing team
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on content trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital tools

Wallbox was founded to provide supporting infrastructure in the wake of rising demand for electric vehicles. It set out to transform EV charging into a smart, connected system, using data from the charging stations and systems to provide cheaper and more sustainable energy use for their customers.
Wallbox now boasts an impressive partnership network with major players in key EV markets, including Hyundai and Uber. This has led to the company successfully expanding its customer base and establishing a strong presence in over 60 countries.
In 2021, the company was acquired by Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp, which helped scale the company, enabling it to take advantage of the mass market adoption of electric vehicles. Further investment will only ensure quickening the global transition towards eMobility.
