What the job involves
- This is a dynamic role designed for a motivated and energetic professional eager to dive into the world of Business Development
- As part of this role you'll go through our newly formed sales academy, where you'll develop this skills to progress into a Business Development Manager
- This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including cold calling, event follow-up, lead generation and maintaining a quick and diligent responses to queries
- The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting senior Internal Business Development Managers within a Regional Hub and will have ample opportunities for growth and development within the company, potentially leading to a future role as a Business Development Manager
- Conduct cold calls to financial advisers with the aim of generating new leads and opportunities and warm calls, following up on leads generated from events, marketing and other sources
- Collaborate with senior Business Development Managers to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion within a regional business plan
- Conduct market research to identify call lists of financial advisers
