With at least 5 years of design expertise, you know how to bring order to creative chaos and create designs that not only look stunning but also solve problems. This is your chance to create experiences that make people pause, connect, and engage
Experience: 6+ years of professional design experience in marketing, branding, or similar roles
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design. Experience with web and video design is highly preferred
Tech-Savvy Communicator: Able to stay current with AI and emerging technologies in software development, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible messaging
Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience leading small teams of designers
Strong collaborator and coordinator of creative projects
Understanding of 3D and motion graphics tools is a plus (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Premiere)
Knowledge of CSS, Spline and other website tools is also advantageous
Creative Thinker: Ability to conceptualize and execute designs that tell a story and resonate with target audiences
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across teams and incorporating feedback to iterate and refine designs
Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Location: Based in the UK (preferably London) with the ability to work effectively in a global, remote-first team

What the job involves

We’re on the hunt for a meticulous maker—an experienced designer who can turn ideas into visuals that captivate and communicate effortlessly
Whether it's a sharp, scroll-stopping webpage, a bold ad that breaks through the noise, or a social post with just the right dose of brand personality, your work will leave an impression across every medium
Brand communication: Evolve and maintain a cohesive visual identity that reflects DevRev’s mission and values
Web Design: Conceptualize and design web experiences that are visually compelling, user-centric, and aligned with marketing goals
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs for digital and print campaigns, including email, ads, presentations, and more
Social Media & Video: Develop creative assets for social media, videos, and animations to engage our online audience
Event Design: Design booth displays, promotional materials, and other assets for events and conferences
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering, to bring ideas to life

Our take

DevRev helps developers build better products for customers through a platform that connects them to the revenue their applications generate. Their headless, dev-centric CRM hopes to help developers clock technical issues faster by showing more directly how customers use their products.

When the company emerged from stealth mode in 2021, they were already well backed by considerable funding and a highly experienced leadership team. Collating and usefully displaying customer feedback for developers, especially using AI and machine learning, is a tough nut to crack. So the DevRev has been savvy in front-loading talent and investment.

The founders’ previous venture Nutanix saw huge success, reaching Unicorn status before going public in 2016. Investors clearly hope for similar gains from DevRev and its team. This ambitious startup has already delivered the first iteration of what it hopes will become the largest global developer relations product.
