Customer Project Manager, Equinix

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• We’re looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) to lead customer‑facing projects in a cloud, hosting, and managed services environment. You’ll own delivery end‑to‑end, working closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure projects land successfully
• Lead multiple customer projects from kick‑off to delivery, on time and in scope
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, running status meetings and managing expectations
• Build and manage project plans, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate engineering, operations, and service delivery teams
• Translate technical solutions into clear, customer‑friendly updates
• Track progress, manage change, and report on milestones and KPIs
