Role
Who you are
- Are based in Barcelona and happy to be in the office 3 days a week
- Are available for a full-time, 6-month internship agreement (40 hours/week)
- Are willing to organize events around business needs (job fairs, meetups, company visits,…)
- Have a passion for employer branding, social media, and storytelling
- Are naturally creative and enjoy crafting content that captures attention
- Love working with people and are excited to help showcase company culture
- Have a strong alignment with our company values
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Project coordination: Logistics and coordination; plus if you’ve run small events (student clubs, fairs, meetups)
- Communication Skills: You’re a natural storyteller and enjoy copywriting
- Cross-cultural Awareness: You have studied or worked in an international environment and have the ability to collaborate across cultures and apply a global perspective to your work
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player: You thrive in a team setting but can also work independently. You proactively seek feedback, adapt quickly, and contribute to shared goals
- Hands-On & Solution-Oriented: You take initiative and find creative ways to make an impact–whether through quick wins or long-term improvements

What the job involves

- As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Employer Branding Intern to support our efforts in sharing our story with the world
- Reporting to the Employer Branding Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, event support, employer review site management, digital marketing, helping us amplify our efforts while learning what it takes to build a strong talent brand in a fast-growing tech company
- This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, develop valuable communication and branding skills, and make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment
- Coordinate swag, vendor invoices, team coordination and run-of-show; act as on-site support at job fairs, meetups and company visits; capture highlights for post-event content
- Track external platforms, flag trends, and help maintain accurate, up-to-date pages and responses in line with our brand voice
- Post roles on university intranets/portals, track deadlines, and coordinate with student groups and careers services
- Shoot lightweight photos and short-form video at events and in the office; adapt assets for social; support basic editing/exporting for posts and recaps
- Pull and organise metrics from recruitment and marketing platforms; to measure the impact of our activities
- Assist with maintaining accurate data and simple workflows in our applicant tracking system; help keep employer branding assets and links organised
- Maintain shared calendars, asset libraries and checklists; capture actions from team meetings; keep documentation tidy and searchable

Our take
Although business travellers are often at the forefront of driving company growth, booking travel is typically a logistical nightmare as corporate travel tools are underdeveloped and stuck way in the past. TravelPerk has built a platform free from micromanagement, creating an experience that puts business travellers first.
TravelPerk's number of active users has grown year on year. Further, as well as more customers using the platform, those on it are using it more regularly. This is a clear signal that TravelPerk has a product-market fit and is in scaling mode. The company has more than 2,000 customers, including scaleups like GetYourGuide, Breilting, Aesop and Medskin.
According to TravelPerk, its unit economics are strong already, which puts it in a good position to grow without diluting itself too much through investment. The company is still innovating and is planning to release more products that will give the business traveller more freedom and flexibility than ever before. A US expansion included the 2024 acquisition of AmTrav, whilst the acquisition of AI spend management leader Yokoy in Europe indicates a period of international scaling. Further exemplifying this is its Series E funding of $200 million awarded in 2025, which raised TravelPerk's valuation to $2.7 billion and will help it continue its growth.
