What the job involves
- Suno is looking to hire a People Operations Generalist to join the team and support our HR and administrative functions
- As a People Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our team operates smoothly and efficiently
- This person will work very closely with the Suno co-founders and Talent lead for all things HR including people programs, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives (both virtual and in person)
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and candidate communications
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and facilitate orientation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance
- Assist with general office administration tasks as needed
- Support other departments with HR-related needs and projects
- Manage HR-related communications and announcements
