The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B marketing, a proven track record of building and optimizing paid media campaigns, and a strategic mindset that aligns with demand generation and targets to achieve broader business goals
5+ years of experience in the SaaS/technology industry, leading marketing functions and teams, ideally on a global scale
Strong expertise in full-funnel marketing strategy, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention across multiplechannels
Proven success in building and executing on an annual, balanced campaigns plan with integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive new business acquisition, pipeline growth,and measurable ROI. This includes managing campaign managers, working with product marketing, content writers, designers, project managers, etc
Deep knowledge of paid media strategy, including SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and programmatic campaigns, with a strong focuson conversion rate optimization
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and other Martech platforms, tooptimize campaign performance and attribution
Experience managing employees and third-party vendors, including agencies and contractors, to support campaign execution, performance, and scalability
Passion for digital innovation, data-driven marketing, and continuous optimization in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Experience in the SaaS/technology industry
Proficiency in growth marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools
Proficiency with Martech tools and analytics such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo
Excellent understanding of digital practices such as SEM, SMO, and PPC
Experience in planning and executing campaigns for global, regional teams, campaign teams, and partner teams
Experience running B2B successful, ROI driven lead generation campaigns specific to new business acquisition
Experience performing conversion rate optimization across digital assets based on full funnel conversion actions
Experience managing third-party vendors including agencies and contractors
Must possess the aptitude and interest to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented growth business

What the job involves

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Growth Marketing to lead our global demand generation strategy and drive growth through multi-channel paid media campaigns
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing scalable, data-driven strategies that generate qualified leads, increase pipeline velocity, and accelerate customer acquisition
You’ll work cross-functionally with product marketing, field marketing, geo teams, and content teams to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns that support our new logo growth strategy

Our take

Although people expect their software to be updated continually, unobtrusively and securely, in practice this isn't often the case. JFrog was founded in 2008 with a mission to change the way companies release software updates, providing an automation-first platform for collaborative DevOps.

While there are other collaborative DevOps platforms in the market, such as Docker Hub, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes, JFrog stands out with its use of REST APIs to automate the development pipeline, and its combination of DevOps and DevSecOps (development security) in a single platform. This has helped JFrog grow a client base of thousands of companies, which includes firms such as Dell, Netflix, Facebook and the majority of the Fortune 100.

JFrog has enjoyed rapid growth throughout the wider slowdown in the tech sector. It has been focusing on its security product since its acquisition of IoT security specialists Vdoo in 2021, and this has culminated in strong sales for its recently-released security product. It will continue to focus on developing its product and is on track to achieve its aim of becoming the de-facto standard for update management.
