Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
- 5+ years experience in Sales Operations function
- Expertise in Salesforce.com administration, Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
- Previous experience working in sales and understanding the pain points experienced by salespeople
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong presentation (Google Slides) and spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) skills
- Demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
- Leadership skills with the ability to communicate your expertise to other users and mentor junior team members
- Independent self-starter, successfully operating with limited direction
- Structured problem solver
- Track record of realizing continuous improvement
What the job involves
- That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team at Kalderos
- As our Sales Operations Analyst, you will manage salesforce administration as well as providing other reporting an
- Support sales team with presentations and other sales support needs
- Assist sales team with staying current on their activities, accounts and opportunities in Salesforce and other sales tools with training, process improvements and providing support as needed
- Provide data to the sales team to support QBRs, customer meetings, etc
- Manage contract close process
- Assist with creation and distribution of comp plans
- Manage sales access to Salesforce
- Manage all sales related objects in Salesforce and make updates as necessary
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in SFDC
- Provide new hire training and support sales team with administration of Salesforce
- Work collaboratively with all commercial teams including sales, marketing, and customer success on Salesforce execution
- Own data quality of all sales records in Salesforce
- Manage sales access to other sales tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc
- Provide new hire training and ongoing support to the sales team for these tools

Kalderos is a cloud platform that aims to bridge this gap to create a more transparent system for medical professionals and patients alike.
Using a machine learning platform, Kalderos identifies and resolves non-compliance in drug processes and costs to provide widely accessible data so that informed decisions can be made. The platform has worked with government bodies to demonstrate how it facilitates transparency in the sector to create a more efficient, honest process that is cost-effective for hospitals and patients.
Recent developments include a new Dispute Centre that provides drug discount management teams with sophisticated and detailed insights into the resolution process for disputes. This enables increased visibility that aims to ease workflows in order to allow users to maintain focus on treating patients. Kalderos is continually investing in its platform in order to create solutions like this for maximum transparency.
