1-3 years experience in an analyst, research, engineering or growth marketing role
Interested in growth marketing in SaaS/software. You’re deeply invested in personal and professional growth
Strong analytical and statistical skills. Can accurately communicate the story that data is telling
Learns quickly and enjoys developing new skills autonomously
Excited about solving tough problems no one else has solved. Aggressive goals don’t scare you, they excite you
Strong technical and analytical skills with practical experience with SQL and working knowledge of Python
General understanding of growth marketing
Understanding or experience designing A/B tests or other statistical experiments
General understanding of SaaS KPIs such as LTV, CAC, payback period, etc

What the job involves

Range is hiring a marketing data analyst to join the growth marketing team
In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of how to launch and optimize various marketing channels while honing your technical and analytical skills
You’ll be joining a small but mighty team and will begin contributing to Range’s rapid growth from day 1
Here are some examples of projects you might work on:
Building and launching marketing campaigns after developing new insights from an audience segmentation analysis
Building a data pipeline to pull marketing data from a third party source. Then transform that data into a dashboard you’ll present to the company
Develop a model to predict user behavior and then apply that model to marketing campaigns to optimize performance

Range’s solutions for wealth management include investment consultancy, tax, retirement, education, and estate planning as well as insurance optimisation. Alongside its teams of service providers, Range also uses AI to offer personalised customer guidance and evaluations.

With substantial Series A awarded in 2023, Range is a young company that emerged out of the pandemic and so has started out strong. It will use its funds to expand its product and engineering teams and speed up the development of its AI fintech tools.
