Senior Administrative Assistant, PagerDuty

• You have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting multiple executives, preferably in a fast-paced high-tech environment, sales or customer success department experience required

• PagerDuty is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Sales team in Toronto, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment partnering with the Executive Assistant to the CRO, and other Sales Vice Presidents
• You are a meticulous and highly organized administrative partner who has experience in calendaring, travel planning, event coordination, and some project management.
• The role is demanding, but the team is collaborative and believes strongly in building a partnership
• Manage and maintain all aspects of Sales VP calendars and schedules
• Liaise with external and internal Executives, Executive Assistants, and PagerDuty employees
• Communicate with external stakeholders in relation to corporate development activities using extreme discretion and sensitivity of business diligence efforts
• Perform and prioritize an array of multiple administrative tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality attention to detail
• Plan, coordinate and execute all types of meetings and events, including preparation of meeting materials, presentations, agendas and note taking
• Maintain travel itineraries and manage expense reimbursement process to ensure accurate and timely submission
• Create and coordinate meeting agendas, and documents in Google Sheets and Docs
• Build excellent relationships inside and outside of PagerDuty
