Senior QA Engineer, Quinyx

• Proven hands-on QA/test engineering experience

• We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our existing QA engineers and take end-to-end ownership of quality across the Follow-Up product
• This is not a "write tests and file bugs" role; you will shape our test strategy, drive automation, introduce AI-powered QA workflows, and mentor the team on modern testing practices
• The Follow-Up team builds a full-stack product (Java/Spring Boot + React) at the heart of Quinyx's platform. We ship frequently, care deeply about quality, and are investing in AI-powered engineering workflows to stay at the cutting edge

• Own quality end-to-end across a Java/Spring Boot + React product
• Actively participate in manual testing, test case creation, regression, exploratory, acceptance, and system testing
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, RestAssured, Appium, and TestNG
• Integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, K8s, AWS)
• Introduce and champion AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Copilot) for QA workflows — and help the team adopt them
• Expand our performance testing practice using K6
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Directors of Engineering on automation strategy
• Mentor QA engineers and developers on testing best practices
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain alignment within the broader QA community
