• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify areas for improvement
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and best practices for maintaining high-reliability services

• Develop and maintain scalable internal tools and services that support product development
• Identify and consolidate redundant tools to improve efficiency across teams
• Automate repetitive workflows and operational processes to streamline developer productivity
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions
• Establish and enforce best practices for development, deployment, and maintenance of internal tools
