- 3+ years experience at a top management consulting firm or in a business operations/analytics role working on cross-functional projects that improved business performance
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: you can take large and messy data sets and turn them into data-driven insights, build strategic models, and are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets + data visualization tools
- Experience using AI tools to build and deploy automations and workflows
- Proven record of execution: you have successfully owned and delivered analytical workstreams and projects / subsets of projects, from end-to-end with high quality and minimal oversight
- Effective communicator: You can take complex data findings and distill them into clear, concise summaries that help stakeholders make decisions
- High intellectual curiosity: You have a deep desire to learn how a business scales and are eager to dive into new domains, tools, and techniques
- Adaptable and scrappy: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have experience navigating changing priorities in a startup-like environment
What the job involves
- Execute high-impact projects: Your work will support the achievement of cross-functional initiatives that deliver against brightwheel’s strategic priorities. This could include everything from performing the core analysis for our pricing strategy, partnering directly with front-line managers to improve our sales and onboarding funnels, to market mapping to inform a new product launch
- Build and Ship AI powered automations: You will design, build, and implement agentic AI tools and workflows that supercharge the business
- Turn data into insights: You will dive deep into data, processes, and the customer experience to identify and surface the critical insights necessary to answer key business questions and improve performance
- Collaborate with senior management teams: You will serve as a key subject matter expert and analytical partner to leaders across the business. You will provide the data-driven “source of truth” and independent perspective needed to shape recommendations and informed decision making
Our take

Brightwheel want to revolutionize this, focusing on facilitating the administrative and communicative relationship between schools, carers and parents or guardians.
As tech enters the classrooms there are various apps focusing on the education itself with fewer actually handling the communications for schools. Brightwheel's platform helps increase parental and teacher engagement with students everyday, while helping small education businesses save money, time, and to grow.
Brightwheel is carving out a name for itself as a service valuable for its exciting and useful new updates. It was quick to adapt to school closures too by offering distance learning capabilities and health testing. And on top of this, it also caters to childcare in lower-income areas with a freemium model. Making its a go-to platform for early education.
