Who you are
- Minimum 2 years sales development management experience leading an outbound team, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Must have a show and not tell managerial style
- Experience and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, hypergrowth environment

- We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Leader to lead our EMEA ADR team
- Reporting into the Global Head of Sales Development [Under Sales], you bring 2+ years of experience in managing a high performing outbound ADR team in a B2B SaaS org
- As a leader, you will lead by example and understand that the best way to develop your people is by showing them how they become great
- You shouldn’t be afraid to pick up the phone and have experience building outbound messaging through all prospecting channels: phone, email and LinkedIn
- Working closely with marketing and sales leadership, you need to be experienced with hiring, coaching, and motivating an outbound focused team to hit and exceed pipeline targets, in a fast-paced environment
- Hire and retain top talent as we continue to grow
- Onboard and train new reps to the team within a four-week, hands-on onboarding program
- Run effective 1:1’s weekly with reps to provide analysis, coaching, performance management and career growth support
- Work closely with the Global Head of Sales Development and Marketing to ensure messaging and talk tracks are aligned and effective
- Work directly with sales leadership to ensure ADR + AE alignment in processes, messaging and strategy
- Build and consistently iterate on outbound or inbound sequences and templates within SalesLoft
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, data issues and inconsistencies in process, systems and strategy
- Consistently evaluate existing processes for areas of improvements to create efficiencies in our Outbound models
- Assist with list building + target account gathering for the team
- Utilize analytics and data to uncover and follow patterns to guide and coach the team
Our take
Cybersecurity remains an ongoing battle, with evolving cyberthreats and ever-more determined cybercriminals, and major data breaches such as the SolarWinds hack have the potential to cause widespread disruption. Illumio is taking a different approach to most of the mainstream security companies, with a process called "microsegmentation". This makes it easier to guard companies from security breaches, and contain any breaches that occur.
Detection of viruses is no longer considered sufficient to keep companies and individuals safe. Illumio takes a “zero trust” approach, in which everything is viewed as suspicious, a similar approach to that which is used by the White House. The company operates at the cutting edge of microsegmentation, focusing on protecting cloud datacenters and workloads. With more and more companies moving to the cloud, this approach is crucial.
Illumio also protects endpoints, partnering with big players such as Citrix, Amazon Web Services, and Splunk. A collaboration with Appgate, a Zero Trust secure access company, delivers the industry's first integrated Zero Trust Network Access and Segmentation solution, which can reduce risk across hybrid infrastructure, and proves Illumio's dedication to innovating the space. Additionally, the company announced a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), that is tailored to assist federal agencies in reducing risk.
