Who you are

- You have 3- 5+ years of executive recruiting experience, specific to C-Suite positions positions

- You possess the capacity to think and respond swiftly, relying on both analytical and intuitive abilities
- You possess proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter effectively
- You have experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Greenhouse, or other similar ATS systems
- Action Oriented: You readily take action on new opportunities with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. You display a can-do attitude, and step up to handle tough issues
- Strong Administrator: You have a high detail-orientation, and never let things fall through the cracks
- Manages Ambiguity: You have the strong ability to manage ambiguous problems and you can take action with limited guidance
What the job involves
- Redesign Health is seeking a Contract CEO Talent Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis for three months
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Talent team to establish and manage a strong talent pipeline and conduct recruiter screens
- In this role, you will contribute to defining and executing our strategy for attracting top talent within our portfolio
- You will witness the growth of companies from concept to reality, gaining insight into what it takes to build successful businesses and teams
- Reports to the Vice President of CEO Talent
- Conduct phone screens to identify high-quality CEO candidates and founding leadership team members for operating companies
- Identify healthcare executives who have played a critical role in the success of top companies within the ecosystem
- Identify gaps in our existing pipelines and ensure a steady flow of candidates
- Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of candidate quality across multiple searches
- Be a trusted resource for Redesign Health’s Directors of CEO Talent and provide feedback when needed

Redesign is focused on solving these pain points of healthcare innovation at scale and is using new capital awarded in 2024 to partner with founders who want to transform the industry.
