Role
Who you are
- You need to have experience creating digital marketing content to support multi-channel campaigns
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- 6+ years experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully launching products/services to market
- Experience of go-to-market strategies
- Experienced in creating digital content supporting GTM initiatives and multi channel campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with different teams globally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making
- 3+ years of experience in Financial services is a must
- Proficiency in marketing automation and AI tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
What the job involves
- As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our products/services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target market needs
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and operations to drive successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
- You will be a marketing generalist who can coordinate diverse campaigns and a confident writer creating product marketing content and corporate collateral promoting our offerings
- Own and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, and launch campaign mapping & asset creation
- Ideate creative campaigns to support product launches and demand generation initiatives
- Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target customer segments
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, videos and other assets to support go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and content marketing
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and support on new product offerings and sales enablement material
- Attend and support Symphony’s participation at industry conferences and hosted events to develop relationships with our clients to partner on case studies and wider marketing content
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and tactics
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, including ROI analysis and key performance metrics
