Who you are

  • Have significant experience/interest in IoT-related software development, as well as experience in any of eCommerce, B2B SaaS, subscription models, or lifestyle and fitness products
  • Are passionate about delivering first-class user experiences and using in-depth data and user insights to iterate to success
  • Thrive across all stages of product development, from vision creation and MVP development to scaling in enterprise environments
  • Have experience building AI-driven products and a keen interest in emerging technologies and market opportunities
  • Enjoy writing and contributing to the company’s thought leadership, amplifying impact through knowledge sharing and influence
  • At least 4 years of experience in a product management role with a successful track record of leading initiatives and delivering major business value
  • Experience in Mobile App development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead strategy discussions and achieve alignment with multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven with strong experience with analytics platforms and KPI tracking
  • Experience working within a US, UK, or Canada-based company or with clients in those countries
  • Can work full-time with a significant crossover with the core hours: 11am - 7pm Central European Time - you will be working with US-based client stakeholders
  • Must live outside of the US

  • At Whitespectre, the Product Manager role involves a unique blend of product strategy, and hands-on execution. It’s an ideal position for an individual who is not only outcome-focused and driven to deliver, but also a creative collaborator and strong communicator
  • As a major force behind key projects, you’ll work hand in hand with our client partners and team to develop products that drive major business results and shape the future of our long-term client partnerships
  • Alongside client projects you’ll have the opportunity to help drive initiatives within our internal product incubator, , where we foster a culture of experimentation and have a proven track record of developing successful products, some of which have been acquired
  • Drive Strategy Development: Partner with clients to identify market opportunities, develop product visions, and craft strategies that solve real user needs while aligning with business goals
  • Own Roadmap Execution: Lead execution of product roadmaps within dynamic delivery pods, delivering exceptional products that exceed KPIs
  • Uncover Opportunities: Dive deep into data, user insights, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities, using the latest AI tools to enhance discovery
  • Partner with Clients: Serve as a trusted advisor to client leaders by communicating direction, demonstrating value, and showcasing how your expertise drives outstanding results
  • Champion Users: Bring a strong eye for design and a human-centered approach to product development, ensuring that every feature and iteration delivers user value. Use AI prototyping techniques to validate early with users
  • Communicate with Impact: Create compelling presentations, lead discussions that drive decision-making and inspire, providing clear direction to both clients and delivery teams
  • Foster Collaboration: Ensure that our day-to-day interactions are characterized by clear, empathetic communication with well-defined priorities, owners, and action, ensuring shared accountability and success between our clients and teams
  • Share Knowledge: Actively participate in fostering a product-led culture across the company, contributing to an atmosphere of growth, innovation, and accountability
