- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound
- A proven track record of pipeline generation and closing both outbound and high-velocity inbound deals
- Experience selling to SMB and Mid-Market customers

What the job involves
- We’re hiring a high-impact Account Executive based in Boston or New York to help lead deskbird’s expansion across the U.S. market. This is not a “plug-and-play” AE role. This is a frontline growth role with real ownership, real visibility, and real upside
- You’ll step into a market with strong existing traction, a growing brand presence, and a large volume of inbound demand already flowing, giving you the rare opportunity to accelerate momentum rather than start from zero
- Own and scale a high-potential sales pipeline, fueled by both targeted outbound efforts and a strong stream of existing inbound leads
- Run the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts
- Capitalize on existing U.S. traction, accelerating deals in a market where interest and demand are already proven
- Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position deskbird as the go-to solution for modern, hybrid workplaces
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence buying decisions at scale
- Consistently exceed revenue targets by executing smart, data-driven outbound and account strategies
- Play a foundational role in building deskbird’s U.S. presence, helping shape processes, messaging, and ultimately the future U.S. sales team
- Work closely with leadership to help build and scale a world-class U.S. go-to-market engine. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
