Currently enrolled at a university (active student status is required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in English is essential for this role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new tools

Welcome visitors, employees, and business partners, providing information and directing them as needed
Manage daily reception activities and ensure smooth office operations
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations
Handle incoming deliveries, shipments, and office correspondence
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders when needed
Support accommodation administration, visitor registration, and access card management
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve administrative and facility-related requests
Assist with office events and other administrative tasks
Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, visitors, suppliers, and business partners
