What the job involves
- Prospect Identification and Conversion: You will be at the forefront of identifying prospective customers, driving lead generation, and skillfully converting them into valued partners
- Client Engagement: Engage with both new and existing customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that address their specific requirements
- Product Advocacy: Showcase the outstanding features of our products, demonstrate how they expertly solve our customers' problems, and ensure they are well informed about the benefits
- Customer Support: Be the go-to resource for answering questions about our products, and offering exceptional support to clients throughout their journey
- Negotiation and Agreements: Artfully negotiate prices and terms, preparing comprehensive sales agreements that reflect the mutually beneficial partnership we're creating
- Cross-Sector Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues from diverse sectors, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success
- Relationship Building: Maintain organized contact lists and proactively follow up with customers, nurturing enduring relationships that extend far beyond the initial interaction
- This position involves occasional local and regional travel, as well as active participation in local and regional apartment associations
- In addition, you'll have the opportunity to periodically visit Entrata headquarters in Utah and attend national trade shows and events
