Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Good SQL, Python, and Power BI skills
- Knowledge of, or experience working with, Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousing or ETL tools
- 0-2 years of experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Ability to quickly investigate, learn and work with new applications and tools
- Fundamentals in databases and analytics
- Experience planning and implementing project roadmaps
- Comprehensive communication, writing, and presentation skills to communicate to all levels of individuals (Entry level – Exec)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle a variety of projects with a variety of scales at once
- Self-motivated passion for building new things and maintaining previous projects
- Adeptness and proficiency at leveraging wide range of technology tools and solutions to automate processes and support a variety of fast-growing and changing business needs
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with empathy and social awareness to successfully work with people and groups from various cultural backgrounds and locations worldwide

What the job involves
- Contribute to the Development of Security Analytics: You will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing our security analytics program
- Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our Security Organization
- Lead Cross-Team Analytics Projects: Take charge of managing cross-team analytics projects, collaborating with colleagues from various departments
- Your projects will have a significant impact on the security organization's overall performance
- Optimize Tools and Platforms: Work on the expansion and optimization of essential tools and platforms to meet the growing demand for analytics in our rapidly evolving security organization
- Collaborate Across Levels: Engage with a diverse range of end users, from individual team members to senior leadership
- Your objective is to drive the implementation of effective analytics solutions that address security challenges
- Machine Learning Integration: Investigate, recommend, and implement new machine learning capabilities across the organization
- You'll have access to various tools and training resources to support your initiatives
- Stay Current with Data Science and AI Trends: Continuously analyze current trends in data science and AI
- Apply your insights to expand and improve our processes, tools, and capabilities in the security domain

The company has more than 7500 customers, including 80% of the Fortune 500 list of the United States' largest corporations. ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
