Associate Customer Marketing Manager, Iterable

• 3+ years experience in customer marketing or advocacy related roles
• Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

• We're looking for a customer-obsessed Associate Customer Marketing Manager to help scale our growing Customer Marketing engine. You’ll play a key role in activating and amplifying the voices of our customers through strategic programs that fuel trust, build community, and drive growth across the customer journey
• From cultivating top-tier customer references for sales to curating impactful user groups and industry councils, you’ll be at the heart of connecting our most passionate advocates with meaningful opportunities to shine—and scale
• Manage and grow our customer reference program across sales stages and marketing campaigns
• Maintain an up-to-date library of customer stories, quotes, and referenceable contacts
• Partner with Sales, Comms, and Content to identify and activate champions across use cases, industries, and segments
• Coordinate all aspects of our customer awards program, from nominations to winner selection to storytelling
• Plan and execute engaging customer meetups—both virtual and in-person—designed to foster connection and learning
• Track and analyze programs/campaigns for impact on product adoption, retention and advocacy
