- You will help drive the growth of Foleon in US. For the last couple of years, we accomplished tremendous growth, year over year. And for the upcoming years, we want to exceed the numbers we did previously!
- With an ever growing demand for our product in the US region, we need an eager and experienced sales professional. Mind you, You won’t be alone! You will be assisted by a team of experienced BDR’s, and Customer Success Managers
- As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and engage with prospects to generate new business opportunities through qualification and nurturing of leads towards the sales pipeline
- You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth through calling, emailing, and using social media platforms like LinkedIn to your advantage. Foleon will help you succeed in your role by providing a strong tech stack
- Being at the center of the sales and marketing teams, you’re the first personal connection with our prospects
- You understand that proactively researching the company and prospect, quickly following up, building and maintaining a relationship, and noting all prospect interactions for an efficient handover to sales will be key to success in your role
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up, ensuring they are engaged and well-informed about our product and services
- Qualification: Qualify leads by evaluating their potential as clients based on predefined sales criteria and following up accordingly
- Meeting Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring that all necessary information is passed along
- Research: Gather information on prospects and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the marketing and sales teams and management on lead quality, meeting outcomes, market trends, and insights
- Outbound Calls: Utilize prospecting and research tools to initiate outbound phone calls, email outreaches, and social selling to prospects. Introduce our company, identify prospect pain points, and assess their interest in our products/services
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects
- Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with your peers and the sales and marketing teams on integrated demand generation campaigns and executing appropriate prospect communication plans
- Training and development: In addition to biannual RKOs for formal training, we offer every salesperson access 1-to-1 coaching, self-guided study materials, and enablement material to maximize your potential
- Path to promotion: Foleon has a six-stage classification model for Account Executives. This role is level 3. Account Executives are eligible for promotion after exceeding their targets for four consecutive quarters
