What the job involves
- We are looking for an ambitious, and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist, with strong experience in both technical and commercial recruitment, to join our People team in Amsterdam and contribute towards the sustainable growth of our teams
- In this role, you will be responsible for creating a world class recruitment and onboarding experience
- Your days will be a combination of spotting the right talent, getting them enthusiastic about DataSnipper, moving them swiftly through our process, and managing relationships with our hiring managers and teams
- You will follow a data-driven approach to managing our full recruitment cycle
- In addition, you will work on collaborative projects like employer branding and employee experience along with the rest of the team based in Amsterdam and New York!
- Your efforts will have a direct impact on shaping our talent strategy and culture, so if you care about constantly finding the best talent for our rapidly growing teams and you like to think in both short and long term, we would love to talk to you!
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the gatekeeper for DataSnipper
- Sharpen our talent strategy by defining the best recruitment approach for each of our roles, in collaboration with team members and hiring managers
- Ownership of the entire recruitment process: this means collaborating and partnering with hiring managers; creating inspiring job postings; sourcing, headhunting and reaching out to top talent; screening applicants for the best fit for the role; becoming an advocate for our candidates; facilitating the offer process and ensuring a smooth onboarding (and if needed working with external recruitment agencies)
- Maximize quality, diversity and satisfaction of applicants
- Track data on our key metrices and draw insights to improve and innovate our talent strategy, recruitment processes and technology stack
Our take
With data having become a commodity in and of itself, infrastructure must be enforced so as to validate and contextualize it. Datasnipper does just that with its automated data validation platform for auditors.
Repetitive manual work in auditing means decreased efficiency and slower results. Auditors must reconcile data by cross-referencing it with that of older systems, verifying this data with documentation such as invoices, bank statements and previous contracts. Datasnipper’s platform uses intelligent automation that translates these documents directly into Excel spreadsheets, helping auditors make informed decisions at a faster rate.
Initially launched from Bootstrap, Datasnipper has successfully raised to Series B and has had a strong 2024. It doubled its revenue and customer base and reached Unicorn Status, indicating the auditing industry’s embrace of AI as a tool.
