- Proven success coaching and guiding managers across all levels of leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading company-wide people programs
- Experience with initiatives related to DE&I, strongly preferred
- Experience with employee relations matters and US employment laws and practices

What the job involves
- Greenhouse is looking for a People Business Partner to join our team!
- You’ll be embedded in the teams you support, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape and deliver a people strategy that directly supports organizational goals and key results (OKRs)
- As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a central role in enabling organizational effectiveness by leveraging data, insights, and strong partnerships to influence decision-making and foster a high-performance culture
- You’ll provide proactive, strategic guidance throughout all stages of the team and employee lifecycle, staying closely connected to the departments you support
- Partner and work alongside leaders to align people strategies with business goals and OKRs
- Leverage data and insights to influence decision-making and foster a high–performance culture
- Coach leaders to enable them to develop and grow and support difficult conversations with empathy, clarity, and courage
- Provide support and proactive guidance on people-related decisions such as organizational design, talent planning, career growth, employee relations, and more
- Partner with our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship) team to create a culture where everyone can thrive, grow, and feel like they belong
- Partner with Centers of Expertise on the People team on compensation, performance, and promotion programs
