Who you are
- 8-12+ years of experience in brand partnerships, media sales, or integrated marketing ideally within the creator, social, or digital content ecosystem
- Proven success unlocking brand marketing budgets and driving multi-million-dollar partnerships
- Deep relationships with brand and social marketing teams at leading advertisers and agencies
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, and branded content strategies
- Strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into actionable creator programs
- Highly collaborative, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
What the job involves
- As Director, Brand Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving incremental brand revenue by expanding our creators’ partnerships across leading advertisers. You’ll unlock pure brand dollars by building and managing relationships with social, brand, and media teams at top companies, translating their marketing objectives into scalable creator-driven programs
- This is a high-visibility, high-impact role, perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategist, storyteller, and deal-maker. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand partnerships, sales, and creator strategy, ensuring that our integrations not only deliver results but also elevate how brands engage in the creator space
- Drive incremental revenue by securing direct brand partnerships and branded content opportunities that go beyond performance budgets
- Unlock pure brand dollars by positioning creator collaborations as an integral part of brands’ storytelling and upper-funnel marketing strategies
- Call on social and brand teams at major advertisers, building deep relationships across marketing, social, influencer, and media functions
- Develop integration strategies that align creator programs with brand priorities, KPIs, and campaign timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital and Marketing to deliver seamless campaign execution
- Provide strategic insights on industry trends, emerging platforms, and creator-brand partnership opportunities
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a thought leader in the creator economy

Spotter offers digital-creatives the opportunity to transform content creation from a hobby to a full-time job by providing them with the capital to do so. The company provides cash upfront to creators in exchange for ownership of any future ad revenue their videos generate.
Not dissimilar to venture capital investments, Spotter has applied this model to the digital content world, an increasingly lucrative industry. It is well placed to continue rapid ascension given its impressive clientele, some of YouTube’s most popular creators - such as Mr.Beast and Dude Perfect - whose cumulative content has amassed a combined 50 billion minutes in watch time.
2025 investment of $89.1 million comes off the back of a strategy realignment for Spotter, one that will see it focus on long-form brand partnerships. The capital injection will support the launch of its AI creator studio and forge new partnerships.
