Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of professional experience in e-mail marketing automation with a strong focus on SaaS and B2B
- At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Hubspot Marketing Automation
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
- An open mind to shifting projects and tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a scale-up environment
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in prioritizing, managing expectations and learning from outcomes
- Experience with high volume campaigns
- A strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and a practical and proactive attitude
- A proven track record in executing campaigns in SaaS and B2B
- Knowledge on measuring key e-mail / campaign success metrics and solid understanding of email, email best practices, industry standards, and global compliance regulations
What the job involves
- Set up and execute e-mail campaigns or workflow based e-mail automation according to specifications for high volume campaigns
- Create landing pages with Hubspot
- Segmentation of customers depending on scoring and grading
- Analyzing requirements and advising stakeholders on how to best implement their campaigns if required
- Proactive reporting on KPIs to our stakeholders and archiving of campaigns in Confluence for document traceability
- Execute thoughtful experimentation (A/B testing) to unlock high-impact campaigns, and leverage automation to improve engagement and retention throughout the customer lifecycle
- Maintaining an overview of current campaigns and prioritizing them with the involvement of stakeholders
- Regular presentation of current campaigns, results and derived recommendations for action to larger groups
- Sustainable customer segmentation according to requirements
