Junior Product Designer, Connectly.ai

• Bonus: Prior knowledge of working with Hubspot and Webflow, experience designing SaaS products
• Confident with the end-to-end design process, from discovery to execution
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations
• Has worked with Design Systems in the past
• Great visual/UI chopsA solid foundation in typography, layout and design
• Has worked with creating visual assets for multiple mediums
• Has a solid portfolio of case studies

Desirable

• You will be the second designer on the Design team
• We’re seeking a creative & driven product designer to add to our team on a full-time and remote basis
• This role encompasses two key areas
• You'll contribute to the product side by assisting the team in designing and shipping products that customers love (50%), while also assisting on visual communication to help establish our brand's foundations (50%)
• As part of a small team, your ability to seamlessly navigate and balance these dual responsibilities will be crucial
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong english communication skills to present and articulate design concepts to diverse audiences
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively
• Find ways to improve Connectly's experience and address customer problems
• Designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
• Leveraging and contributing to Design System
• Distill complex concepts into beautiful, compelling and easy-to-understand visuals
• Designing for various interfaces and collateral, including our website, social posts, presentations and more
