Role
Who you are
- Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, Design, or similar)
- Work experience in marketing, growth, and strategic operations
- Affinity for AI and software solutions
- Knowledge of social media marketing is a plus
- You’re highly motivated and demonstrate self-initiative
- Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
What the job involves
- You support important projects that arise in our GTM areas of Sales & Marketing
- You drive our growth forward with creative ideas and independent execution, demonstrating operational excellence in all departments
- You conduct research on various topics to support the GTM team in strategic decisions
- You help us develop cross-channel marketing strategies and tactics to create engaging, professional content that attracts decision-makers from top companies

Our take
Automation has been driving major digital shifts across industries, and sales is no exception. Honeysales is one of the companies aiming to equip sales reps with the latest tools, but with a particularly bold vision: integrating a variety of new sales automation trends that have already proven successful for other salestech startups.
While companies like Leadiro and PredictLeads specialise in automating lead generation, Drip Scripts focuses on customer email content, and Chili Piper optimises meeting bookings, Honesales seeks to bring all of these functions into one comprehensive platform. It's a big challenge, especially with established players like Zapier and Salesforce dominating the sales tools space, alongside a growing number of hungry startups. AZ a newer company, Honesysales will need to stay sharp and differentiate itself to thrive.
That said, the team has had a solid start, securing seed funding in early 2023. By offering a unified suite of tools. Honeysales could appeal to sales teams looking to cut through the clutter of SaaS bloat. And with automation set to play an even bigger role in sales in the coming years, Honeysales is well-positioned to capture a promising slice of this rapidly evolving market.
