Director of Strategic Opportunities & Chief of Staff, FalconX

• 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Program Management, Startup Operations, or similar
• Self-starter with a track record of balancing multiple projects at once
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
• Concise, influential, and authentic communicator both verbally and in written communication
• Effective high gear operator
• Superb judgment and integrity, unparalleled confidentiality, and sophistication in all aspects of work
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Exemplary organizational skills
• Financial Services or Crypto experience a plus

• As the Director, Strategic Opportunities & Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for the highest impact projects facing FalconX
• You will serve as a key liaison between our teams and each of the functional leaders for these groups. In addition, you will own projects from beginning to end, working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Markets, Operations, Revenue and People to deliver mission-critical results
