Acting Junior Manager of Vogue Business Events, Condé Nast

• Proven experience coordinating all aspects of production for large-scale B2B events, both IRL and virtual
• Experience managing ticketing systems, and managing multiple guest lists
• Experience coordinating high profile speakers for large-scale events
• Proficient with digital platforms, similar to WordPress
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Extremely organised and enthusiastic

Desirable

• The Associate Events Manager will take ownership of various event projects, coordinating all aspects of Vogue Business’ events that take place virtually and globally, and ensuring the smooth delivery of sponsored and tentpole receptions, forums, summits and master classes
• They will build project plans and timelines, oversee production, source venues, and manage logistics

• In this role, you will be working on Vogue Business’ events with a highly collaborative and dynamic team
• To manage full event briefs and coordinate all aspects of IRL and virtual event production: venues, logistics, timelines, video production, F&B, staffing, and event collateral, in line with the event budget
• To work closely with the commercial team to ensure all event deliverables are met as per the sponsored agreement
• To take ownership of design briefs - ensuring all content, decks, videos, articles, websites, and social assets are briefed correctly using Trello
• To build and manage the full event website and ticketing platform; working closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure the event campaigns align with registration and Membership targets
• To oversee AV production teams; providing relevant briefs and overseeing the production of virtual panel/keynote recordings and tech checks, whilst maintaining the schedule to ensure all sessions are booked in a timely manner
• To work closely with the editorial/content teams and senior industry speakers to coordinate & book in virtual recording sessions, completing speaker checklists, distributing briefs to speakers and ensuring all speaker elements have been gathered
• To assist with content management, and ensuring all session materials are filed correctly, shared with the relevant stakeholders, and uploaded to the event platform and Vogue Business correctly
