What the job involves

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative who is excited to join this new business unit and help build from 0 to 1. This is a unique opportunity to join and get founding equity and uncapped OTE!
As the founding SDR, you’ll be at the front of our go-to-market motion: hunting for leads, mapping accounts, and creating demand for a new product that’s reinventing one of the largest industries in the world. This is not a traditional SDR seat - you will get a front-row seat and influence how our sales org is built
Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting
Manage a well organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM
Collaborate with the General Manager to refine sales messaging & outbound strategies
Meet or exceed quarterly goals for opportunities generated

Targeting commercial fleets, the platform is powered by sensors that are already onboard most heavy trucks. This means that Nirvana's offering is accessible without vast onboarding fees, giving clients of all sizes the opportunity to protect themselves and improve customer safety.
