Who you are

5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, selling into insurance or financial services
Strong track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with C-level engagement
Passionate about AI-driven solutions and their role in transforming business operations
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
Nice-to-have: experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technology and/or AI, GenAI solutions

What the job involves

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead our expansion into the insurance sector across the UK and Europe
In this role, you’ll engage with insurance customers, positioning our AI-powered automation solutions to enhance efficiency, risk management, and customer experience
While the focus is on insurance, we also welcome candidates with SaaS Enterprise sales experience in financial services, provided they understand complex sales cycles, regulatory landscapes, and procurement processes
Identify, engage, and close new business within the insurance sector, meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Develop a deep understanding of our AI-driven automation solutions and their impact on customers
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, leveraging data to optimize strategies
Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships and drive adoption
Collaborate with partners, marketing, and solutions teams to expand market presence
Act as a trusted advisor to insurance executives, guiding them through digital transformation

Our take

Manually entering data from handwritten forms can be time-consuming and costly, but when scaled to millions of forms annually the problem becomes more serious. Hyperscience is automating data entry by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to provide near-perfect accuracy on robotic process automation (RPA).

By reducing the volume of manual work involved, companies can save time, reduce clerical errors, and cut costs. Many of Hyperscience’s partners are enterprise IT consulting companies such as Accenture, Atos, Cognizant, Deloitte, Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services.

The company have raised impressive funding following rapid growth. However, Hyperscience recently had to lay off a considerable part of its workforce, with its CEO also stepping down. However, following the appointment of a new CEO in April 2023, the company is getting back on a path of regrowth and rapid expansion.
