Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Rippling, strong knowledge of global payroll, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience, with exposure to multiple countries and currencies
- Experience using Rippling (must-have)
- Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, tax, and reporting requirements
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment with shifting priorities
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain payroll matters clearly
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
What the job involves
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our growing People Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple geographies
- Own end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Maintain and update employee records in Rippling, including compensation changes, benefits, and deductions
- Partner with Finance, People Ops, and external providers to resolve payroll discrepancies, tax issues, and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
- Support audits, reporting, and reconciliation processes related to payroll
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll operations, automation, and employee experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and clear support

Our take
In 2019, Voy launched MANUAL because men's health was being ignored. Hair loss, low testosterone, sexual health... people suffered in silence or waited years to address these conditions. MANUAL set out to change that with earlier access to specialist care and zero stigma.
A few years later, they launched Voy for weight loss. But quickly learned something important: health doesn't stay in one box. So members moved between categories as their needs evolved and operating as separate brands no longer made sense for the company (or you).
So in 2025, the two companies became one, and is now Voy! Today, it supports over 1M members across the UK, Germany and Brazil, offering specialist led care across weight loss, menopause, TRT, hair loss and dermatology, alongside preventative health designed to help people stay ahead of illness, not just treat it.
Now the company is heading toward one mission: making 100 healthy years feel possible, supported and totally normal
