Role
Who you are
- Full-stack engineer with profficiency in python and track record of building entire products from scratch
- Hacker mentality required
- Familiar with the cutting edge of LLMs
- Experience leading other engineers a plus (e.g., Eng. Lead or Eng. Manager), with the ability to guide teams while staying close to the code
What the job involves
- This role reports directly to the CEO, a highly successful Founder with a background from distinguished ventures and companies like McKinsey and Rocket Internet
- In this role you will work with cutting edge technologies to bring products to life for clients that manage trillions of USD in assets
- Own development of FinTech products focusing on fast iterative processes based on feedback from potential customers
- Own technical excellence in the venture studio staying on top of the latest in LLMs, AI agents, etc
- Onboard engineering teams to products as they gain traction with customers
- Work in a highly integrated team of product, commercial, and finance experts where you represent technology and product building
