Who you are

The ideal candidate will have had experience in a customer facing role & in developing integrations with various tools via APIs, along with a strong interest in exploring new technologies and platforms.
2+ years of experience using Javascript or Typescript
2+ years experience in a solutions engineer, technical account manager or similar client-facing technical role
Solid communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Passion for working at the forefront of innovation

What the job involves

As an Solutions Engineer at StackOne, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our platform's capabilities
You will work to understand our customer’s unique needs and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to add support for new integrations within the StackOne unified API
Help scope & gather requirements to understand customers’ integration needs
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new integrations and capabilities for the StackOne unified API
Research and explore various tools and platforms to identify opportunities for expanding StackOne's integration capabilities
Continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of existing integrations
Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the on-boarding process and beyond, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Contribute to the development of integration-related documentation, guidelines, and best practices
