Account Executive, Scarlet

• You have 2-5 years (no more) of B2B sales experience working on complex high–value deals, with a stellar track record
• You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick
• You have a high EQ, which alongside your curiosity enables you to navigate complex human relationships, understand people’s drivers, communicate creatively, and close complex deals
• You have exceptional written & verbal communication skills
• You’re mission-driven, like to win, and want to be part of an elite team

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at cutting-edge technology companies across the healthcare industry
• Own the sales motion from discovery to closed won with the right customers
• Collaborate closely with teammates to bring the relevant expertise to different parts of the sales motion and communicate Scarlet’s value proposition
• Work with the rest of the Sales function to continuously improve our processes
