Who you are

Significant experience in sales, pre-sales, solutions consulting, onboarding, or technical account management
Experience selling hospitality tech, fintech, accounting systems, or SaaS
Strong understanding of financial workflows (P&L, COGS, margins, VAT, labour)
Confident explaining technical integrations and data flows
Track record of closing deals or driving technical evaluations to success

Desirable

Experience with POS systems, accounting tools, or hospitality operations
Background in selling to restaurants, multi-site operators, or hospitality groups

What the job involves

Own the full sales cycle from first call to close
Run discovery calls and qualify inbound leads
Deliver tailored demos showing real-time financial insights
Explain product workflows clearly (POS, bank, invoices, P&L)
Manage evaluations, handle objections, negotiate and close deals
Recommend optimal setup and workflows to maximise value
Support smooth handover into onboarding and activation
Convert qualified leads into active, engaged customers
Identify expansion opportunities and warm partner introductions
Share product feedback and help shape the GTM strategy
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and CS
Create sales materials, playbooks and repeatable processes
