Who you are
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team
- This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to grow in project management within the cybersecurity industry
- A level education level
- Experience in project management or a related role
- A very basic high-level understanding of cybersecurity industry
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness and a basic understanding of project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello)
What the job involves
- The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, Planning, and deliverables
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Support the project team in daily administrative tasks
